• a document confirming the appointment and powers of the head (extract from the minutes of the general meeting, or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder);
• charter with all amendments and additions to it;
• certificate of registration with the tax authority;
• certificate of state registration, or certificate of entering information on state registration of a legal entity in the register;
• copy of the manager’s passport / signature card;
• a certificate from the bank about the turnover for the last 12 months (monthly) and about the absence of a card file No. 2 at the enterprise’s p / a;
• certificate of presence / absence of loan debt;
• certificate from the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Russian Federation on the existence of settlement accounts with the enterprise
• balance sheet, income statement for all members of the group (including the balance holder) as of the last reporting date;
• a copy of the certificate from the Justice Institution for the registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it on the ownership of the enterprise to its immovable property and / or
• extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate;
• extract from the register of shareholders (if the form of organization is AO);
• consent to receive a credit report of an individual (for individual entrepreneurs) / legal entity.
